Car service and change of wheels all done on time and phone call all done giving me time to walk and collect the car.
Work was completed as scheduled.

Staff were very friendly and kept me informed.
There was unnecessary confusion over the booking in of our major service due to incorrect information given to us at the time of booking. After some deliberation they found they were able to fit the service in to their schedule.

They have always done a good job. If ever I have complained about something then I can't remember when or what it was about! I notice though some staff changes, but Simon Volpe who sold me my first e28 in 1993 is still the lead salesman.
Car was in for winter wheel change and I noticed the next day that 2wheels did not have valve covers on, garage sent them through within a couple of days so not a major problem but its good not to have to check!
This "service" was an MOT and winter tyre change and all that was done efficiently and on time
As per previous answer. Only gripe would be that the car doesnt seem to be running quite as efficiently on mileage per tank after service
A proactive, competent and friendly service team - and the whole process was completed as promised ed and on schedule.
Everything I expected was done, apart from changing the cars clock to winter time!Valet so good.

On arrival I had to stand around for a while waiting to be dealt with as staff were already dealing with customers.However, my presence was acknowledged.

Having moved from Wimbledon to Haslemere recently the personal care & attention is so much better at Barons than my previous experience with Coopers
I did ask your driver to get your body shop to give me an indication of cost for some minor paintwork scratches on the l/h/r wing and on the r/h of the rear bumper. Maybe he forgot? No problem but please let me know if the body shop had a look.
They did everything as requested which included an end of warranty check and an MOT
The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The work was carried out in a timely manner, and I was kept informed of progress.
At the same time as the service, I asked for a quote for some body work on the car and had to email and phone a few times to get them to send it. I didnt get the quote until a week later.

see bow above re parts. It took two visits to identify a puncture in the suspension airbag, then no part, then first booking cancelled on the day due to part not arriving.
No issues easy to deal with and professional friendly service.

They dealt with a difficult situation efficiently and fairly and communicated well throughout.
I needed to replace both rear tyres from wear on just the inside of the tyre. I asked if it was a camber/alignment issue but was told it was tyre pressure. On further research don't think is correct but was also disappointed at how it was dismissed.
Everything done as requested, received a call regarding a job I thought needed doing, but under inspection didn't. Vehicle returned clean.
Very satisfied except new reflector on nearside rear bumper you fitted came adrift.
