see bow above re parts. It took two visits to identify a puncture in the suspension airbag, then no part, then first booking cancelled on the day due to part not arriving.

I needed to replace both rear tyres from wear on just the inside of the tyre. I asked if it was a camber/alignment issue but was told it was tyre pressure. On further research don't think is correct but was also disappointed at how it was dismissed.
Everything done as requested, received a call regarding a job I thought needed doing, but under inspection didn't. Vehicle returned clean.
Very satisfied except new reflector on nearside rear bumper you fitted came adrift.

i wasn't informed that my car wasn't ready until i arrived at end of day to collect it. wasted journey.also, fault i had asked service to investigate had not been found. when driving home, car exhibited said fault. not impresse
The car was booked in for a specific time and I was told the service (including wash and vacuum) would take 90 mins. It actually took 95- Brilliant
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to deal with a small problem with BMW over the scheduling of my service. As always when dealing with Barons they give a 1st class customer service and are a credit to BMW.

As above - however, while the car had been cleaned, it had clearly been test driven and needed washing again
All the work was completed satisfactorily.
It's a shame this email was sent to my husband rather than myself, especially given that my email was checked when I arrived to drop the car off, and that the vehicle information video was sent to the correct email (mine).
Only takes around an hour in pleasant surroundings. Also a good chance to look around the showroom to consider my next car!

I can only assume that what went on under the bonnet was done properly. It was cleaned and vacuumed well.

The service is superior to my local BMW dealer. However as I live a reasonable distance from Barons I would prefer if they had a collection and delivery service other than Tuesday and Wednesday. Also the complimentary wash and vacuum was adequate.

Happy with the warranty work carried out, but disappointed that work to unblock washer jets wasn't covered by warranty. I've had problems with blocked washer jets on past BMWs, but I've never experienced it with any other cars I've owned.
A safety upgrade, condition check and MOT test were carried out and the car cleaned before being returned to me the same day. I paid only for the MOT. I cannot fault this service experience.
Completed on time, but expensive
As above - went smoothly. We got sent a video of the warrenty issue that was due to be fixed that put my mind at rest, as I was given back my car after service with a very noisy exhaust which was concerning. looking at vid helped reassure me
The member of staff dealt with (Laura I think) was really helpful, when I needed to shift away from all day / courtesy car to a while-you wait service. All done within 1 hr. Thanks!
