Dealt with Michael, upon my arrival my courtesy car (an identical model to mine) was already waiting for me, and the whole exchange process took literally 10 mins. The issue was rectified on the same day, and again the return process took minutes

After spending £500+ on a service + MOT , the car wasn't not even returned washed. I could also see where the technician had left his/her marks inside the car and the side stepping in/out of the car
Because I took it in with the sensor for the car breaking system keeps going off when Im driving, its worse when the car has been cleaned, then doesnt work when the car is dirty. the car told me I had had an accident when I went round a roundab

Came in due to broken windscreen wipers, left with a bill of £2,500 - new tyres, new disk breaks - 10 minutes later, the warning sign of under-inflated tyres came up. All new tyres were significantly under inflated.
I would give 5 stars if the technicians had actually diagnosed the fault and cured it but I understand that this is an occasional problem that was not occurring when they tested it.

Overall good, but was worried that I was likely to be left without my car and wifes wheel chair when there was a shortage of drivers. Fortunately this situation was rectified, once explained again.
The car was sent in to have the performance plus kit replaced (the 2nd time) after it was peeling off. Within 1 week the car being home the side sticker is again peeling off.

Car was received and returned on timeHowever having paid £300 for an oil and pollen fixture change and being presented with a 'checklist' if items that were ticked, I set off to find that the service computer had not been reset
Your customer service and engineering guys were very helpful. They tested the car, then hooked it up and found a water damaged mobile phone controller that was hanging the data-bus with spurious signals. Another firm would have been digging for hours
No real problem with BMW but more with Enterprise car hire and their slow communication, BMW continually chasing them on my behalf for a response.
No auto courtesy car available (although booked), so partner took me to pickup car. Interior not vac'd as part of service (mentioned when I booked car in). No explanation for wheel slip on full lock. £10 to reduce ins excess (Vines waived this).
One issue still unresolved and another minor issue introduced. Did not receive a call back after I reported this as promised.
I'm completely satisfied.

There is a really good service, delivery and parts team there, Laura, Andy, Lynn and David actually know their jobs rather than simply guessing or saying 'you will have to bring it in' or ill put you through to the booking centre like an 80s robot.

The staff were friendly and helpful.My only dissapointment was that the last time i had a new BMW Z3 18 years ago it came with a lovely bouquet which made the whole experience even more special.

Compared to the appalling service I received from Alfa Romeo (my previous car), Baron's were a breath of fresh air and provided exactly the service I was hoping for - including a proper paper brochure!
